Registration Information
There are currently no more registration dates scheduled. Please contact Rich Melone for information on how to register. Fees: Football: $300 (includes mandatory fund-raising raffle tickets.) Cheerleading: $225 (includes mandatory fund-raising raffle tickets.) Sibling discount available for 3 or more children. Proof of legal dependence will be required. A copy of your child birth certificate is required for new players and cheerleaders. |
Cancellation Policy: Any football player or cheerleader that decides not to participate, will be charged an administrative service fee of $25 (at no time is any portion of the mandatory raffle ticket fundraiser refundable). Additional cancellation policies will be available at registration. |

ALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A 2009 PHYSICAL AND A 2008-2009 END OF THE YEAR REPORT CARD (INCLUDING ALL QUARTERS/TRIMESTERS) ON FILE WITH THE CLUB BY JULY 27TH.
