Registration Information

Registration information for the 2009 season:


There are currently no more registration dates scheduled.
Please contact Rich Melone for information on how to register.

Fees: Football: $300 (includes mandatory fund-raising raffle tickets.)
         Cheerleading: $225 (includes mandatory fund-raising raffle tickets.)

Sibling discount available for 3 or more children. Proof of legal dependence will be required.

A copy of your child birth certificate is required for new players and cheerleaders.

Cancellation Policy:
Any football player or cheerleader that decides not to participate, will be charged an administrative service fee of $25 (at no time is any portion of the mandatory raffle ticket fundraiser refundable).
Additional cancellation policies will be available at registration.

*Please note:
1. Payments are due at the time of registration.
2. If you are not registered by May 9th, your football player will receive a jersey without a name on the back. It will be your responsibility to have the last name stitched on the jersey in the manner that the league outlines. This is required and will be at your cost.
3. All equipment must be returned prior to registration. If you still have equipment that needs to be returned, please contact Wyatt Koszyk.

ALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A 2009 PHYSICAL AND A 2008-2009 END OF THE YEAR REPORT CARD (INCLUDING ALL QUARTERS/TRIMESTERS) ON FILE WITH THE CLUB BY JULY 27TH.
